I had the finest education. I was offered a seat at Regional Engineering College, Trichy after my high grades at higher
secondary school. I read Electronics and Communication Engineering there. After a year of experience at BPL (India) Limited
as R&D Engineer I continued my MS at University of Cincinnati, USA with 100% tution waiver.
Soon after my degree I was homeward bound and worked at few places on short assignments. Currently I work
for VIT University, Vellore, India as a lecturer at the School of Electrical Sciences since July 2006. My job function is
essentially filled with teaching and research activities. I am proud to say that I have more than three years of experience
in this process. My research interests are in 'Analog/Mixed Signal Circuits and Systems', 'MOS and BJT Device Modeling' and
'Nanotechnology'. I have taught a variety of courses which span the spectrum of undergraduate curriculum for
Electronic Communication Engineering such as "Probability theory and Random Process", "Electromagnetic Theory", "Modulation
Theory", "Principles of Communication Theory", and "Electronic Materials and Devices". I have also trained postgraduate students
in "MOS Transistor Modeling" and "VLSI System Design".
Besides listening to music and watching movies I enjoy reading and collecting stamps. Actually I have stamps of wide
variety and from almost all part of the world.

What a job!
I might describe my job in a little more detail here. I'll write about what I do, what I like best about it, and even some
of the frustrations. (A job with frustrations? Hard to believe, huh?)
